The 90's
Founding – Based on a solid 20 years of experience in the manufacture and application of diamond tools, the sole proprietorship VEronika NAvarro Diamantwerkzeuge & Maschinen was founded in 1990 in Wilnsdorf. The production starts in the cramped conditions at the beginning, the company quickly experiences a boom and establishes itself on the market.
1993 - Moving to larger production hall
The growing company was limited in 1993 at the local production site and the situation did not allow further growth. Another production site met the requirements. The new premises made it possible to integrate new modern means of production into the production process. In order to be able to serve the growing order numbers in the usual way, new technical staff were recruited. The first computer-based billing program was introduced.
1996 - Moving to your own building
In order to meet the growing demands and to unite the separate administrative and production area until 1996, the planning for the own buildings was made in 1995. Production hall and administration building were generously planned and the construction phase was implemented quickly. Thus, the family business was able to move into the new workplace in January 1996. This move also included further investments in more modern and efficient production machines. Both in administration and in production, it was now possible to cope with the increasing sales of new personnel.
2000
The new millennium
VENA as a training company – In 2000, the first apprentice was hired in the company. The final examination of the training for the metalworking profession was successfully completed. This was followed by an indefinite employment relationship which is maintained up to the present day. In the following years, more young people were trained in the company.

Succession
In the course of the assumption by the next generation of the company founders also the change and firming took place as limited company. From the sole proprietorship – VEronika NAvarro, became the VENA – GmbH. The company logo and the company color has been redesigned.
Anniversary 1990 - 2015
We celebrate 25 years of company existence
25 years of VENA diamond tools – 25 years of development, application and expertise.

2016 - Expansion of distribution channels
As part of the restructuring of the distribution channels, the sales structure was expanded in 2016. Within Germany, the market of the new federal states should be given priority. At the same time, new sales branches were placed in the north of Europe in order to ensure a better supply of the Scandinavian countries.
2017 - Introduction of noise-dampened diamond cutting discs for wall saws.
We want to provide the customer with a diversification at our standard tools to the competition and a required qualitative added value. Therefore, we introduced in 2017 the noise-dampened diamond cutting discs type W-6XAG for wall saws as our standard.
Today
As an established family-owned company, we offer modern and innovative tool technologies in the areas of natural stone processing, civil engineering, road construction, landscaping and industrial stone processing. Continuous further development of our products, new developments and constantly modernized production plants are a guarantee for our quality products “Made in Germany”.
