- The VENA core bit brazing jig is a good solution for anyone who wants to tip or re-tip their own core bits. Tube diameters from 30 to 1200 mm cover all common sizes. The tube to be tipped may have a working length of up to 1000 mm. The VENA brazing jig has a built-in segment holder that presses the segment against the brazing point with light pressure. The segment overhang can be adjusted easily and precisely with a rotary knob.
