Description
Diamond calibrating roller with a new, pre-balanced roller body. Electroplated version with 3 mm deep spiral groove, fully coated, for fine finishing of concrete blocks and formwork blocks on QUADRA multi-head and single-head grinding lines.

- Peripheral speed: 20–50 m/s · Removal depth: 0.5–2.0 mm.
- Electroplated rollers SW-FST and SW-TecPlus: Permanently increased removal rates lead to significantly shorter tool life and to premature wear or breakout of the electroplated diamond layer. The working height of the rollers must always be adjusted to the block heights. Regular checks of the block heights are essential.
