Description

Diamond calibrating roller with segmented diamond cutting rings. For coarse first grinding of concrete blocks and formwork blocks on QUADRA multi-head grinding lines in position 1.

Uneven wear of the diamond segments is prevented by regular reconfiguration of the individual diamond cutting rings. This allows very long tool life with a single roller fitting.

• Peripheral speed: 20–50 m/s · Removal depth: 1.0–5.0 mm.
• Segmented rollers TW-Tec and FW-Tec: Permanently high removal rates lead to premature wear and therefore shorter reconfiguration intervals. Regular checks of the segment heights are essential so that the reconfiguration service can be planned in good time. A difference of 4–6 mm between the diameters of the individual diamond cutting rings indicates that service is due.
