Description
Sintered diamond wire for profiling wire saws. The bead diameter is 8.5 mm or 11 mm. The number of beads depends on the cutting speed and machine power.
S-NP is the all-round wire for standard applications, the soft version S-NPW is for fine and smooth surfaces. Both are ideal for small and medium-sized machines – including those with small drive and guide pulleys.
Spacers made of wear-resistant plastic fix the beads on the steel cable. The VENA diamond wire is available endless, open (with or without connector) or closed (crimped or spliced).
