Description

Re-tipping is a resource-saving, cost-efficient and productive way to renew your saw blade. After a thorough technical inspection based on EN 13236, we re-tip worn steel cores with new diamond segments.

For economic reasons, we re-tip diamond saw blades from a diameter of 500 mm. Exceptions are possible for special tools.

Block cutter blades: we come to you to re-tip your block cutter blade with new VENA segments – promptly and with no diameter limit. We take care of debrazing the old segments, brazing the new segments and straightening and tensioning.
